exercise Why My Exercise Never Work?Have you ever wondered the same thing? I mean you have your regular exercise, maybe you never even miss your exercise but still it shows no progress. You weight is just the same like the day before you do your exercise, is everything that you’ve done so far is a waste? Well, maybe it is!

Not to be rude but the reality is if you get yourself still just like the way you are before, there must be something wrong with your exercise. Guess what, when I conducted little research why this could this possibly happen, I found out that most people tend to eat more as they’re having more exercise. Is it true? I don’t know if you’re aware of it but yeah when we feel tired after exercising, we tend to eat more to restore our energy back. Well, it’s not good because you will eat more than you actually need. If you weigh yourself on a regular basis without feeling guilty or righteous after seeing the number on the scale, more power to you. For most of us, that’s probably not the case. If you’ve ever starved yourself before going to the doctor’s office (or any other “official” weigh in), or feasted afterward, it’s probably best if you weigh yourself as little as possible.
